Full Time Placements

The MOS Network Pty Ltd assists Clients in the recruitment of full time candidates with a background in operations and frontline management.

Approach

Following a discussion with our client, a full time recruitment brief and job description is written if
required.

A search is conducted within our network and if required, the job will be advertised on SEEK. This
advertisement will be at the cost of The MOS Network Pty Ltd.

An advertisement in the employment section of the relevant papers is arranged at the request of our client and this is at the cost of our client.

A list of up to three candidates is sent through by an agreed date. At least one reference check is
performed per candidate and if appropriate an interview with these candidates is conducted.
Interviews are organised between the client and candidate. If appropriate, The MOS Network Pty Ltd participates in these interviews.

After short listing, further reference checks are conducted, targeting specific areas.
If psychological profiling is required, this is at the cost of our client.

Placement Fee

On successful selection and commencement of the candidate a fee of 12% of the annual salary
including superannuation is charged.

If the candidate leaves or is terminated during the probation period, a replacement can be found at no additional cost.
